Diya Sehat Card
Diya Sehat Card is a remarkable initiative aiming to provide healthcare access to all, regardless of economic circumstances, with a single card issued to each family for a one-year or 6 month period.
The benefits of the Diya Sehat Card are divided into two categories:
- Category A: For marginalized and underprivileged families, including disabled widows, orphans, and those in dire economic conditions, all medical treatments are provided free of charge to ensure vulnerable members of society receive the care they deserve without the burden of medical expenses.
- Category B: Participants in Category B must complete an annual registration process and are entitled to various benefits, including complimentary delivery services, doctor consultations, ultrasounds, and access to existing medicines. Additionally, they receive a 50% discount on diagnostic tests to ease their financial burden.
To avail these benefits, a nominal monthly fee of 250 rupees is required for registration. This fee supports the continued operation of Diya Rural Health Center (DRHC) and allows the program to serve an ever-expanding circle of beneficiaries.
